Get to know the museums and current exhibitions of the Austrian National Library! You can take part at the public guided tours without registration. But also private tours are possible. We are looking forwar to your request and your visit.
Visit one of the most beautiful historical library halls in the world. During special exhibitions in the State Hall, you also get an overview of the current exhibition in addition to the guided tour of the State Hall.
Besides our fixed tours (every Thursday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m., always in German) we offer exclusive tours for individuals or small groups.

Discover range of Austrian literature from the end of the 18th century until the present day! At the Literature Museum, original manuscripts, letters, rare books and countless interactive displays offer an exciting route into the world of writing.

The guided tour of this unique museum provides information about the most successful planned language in the world: Esperanto. You also learn about many other invented languages at interactive media stations, such as the famous Klingon from the TV series “Star Trek”.
